Hayle Engineering is Looking for BSC in Mechanical Engineering for Sales Engineer with a Minimum of 0-2 Years’ Experience. Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, machined components. fabricated parts, and finished products according to approved specifications and drawings. • Prepare and maintain inspection reports. quality records, checklists. and non-conformance reports. • Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to identify the root causes of quality problems and support corrective actions. • Monitor the quality of machining. welding. fabrication. assembly. and other manufacturing processes. • Conduct or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Ensure proper calibration and appropriate use of measuring and inspection equipment. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects. rework. and production losses. • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures. technical standards. and workplace safety requirements. • Communicate quality issues effectively to relevant departments and management.
Ideas skills - Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and manufacturing processes. • Good understanding of Duality Control and Quality Assurance procedures. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Knowledge of machining. fabrication. welding, and assembly processes. • Ability to identify defects and determine whether products meet specified requirements.
